Quickly get a preliminary estimate of the cost for the tests you require:

- Simply complete your Preliminary Estimate
Request (PER), making sure you specify all the tests required.
- When completed, click on "submit" to send
your demand. The system will automatically provide you a PER reference
number.
- To transmit attached document, click on the following
E-mail address: testsdivision@criq.qc.ca.
Then inscribe your PER reference number in "Subject" and
join the appropriate files.

- Complete the PER and save it as a file on your computer.
- Send back the file with any attachment required to the
following E-mail address: testsdivision@criq.qc.ca.

- Complete the PER; print and send it back to us with any
attachment required at the following Fax number: 514 383-3234.
