Yann Le Bihan

Expert en valorisation des matières

Yann Le Bihan a réalisé des études postdoctorales en milieu industriel et agroenvironnement. Il est docteur en génie civil ainsi que bachelier en microbiologie de l’Université Laval.

Il œuvre au sein du CRIQ et est chercheur invité à l’INRS, ainsi que professeur associé à l’Université Laval. Il a coécrit une trentaine d’articles à caractère scientifique et détient quatre brevets, en collaboration avec ses confrères du CRIQ. Ses principaux domaines d’activité scientifique sont la valorisation des résidus par fermentation, la biométhanisation, la culture des microalgues et la microbiologie des procédés de traitement des effluents liquides et gazeux. Relativement à ces axes de recherche, il vise le développement et l’optimisation des procédés afin de faciliter leur applicabilité au domaine industriel.
